Industrial epoxy flooring
Self-levelling epoxy at 2–6mm for warehouses, factories and workshops, with high abrasion resistance, hard-wheel forklift rating and an easily cleaned seamless surface.
Polyurethane mortar flooring
Heat-shock and acid-resistant PU mortar up to 9mm for kitchens, dairies, bakeries and chemical zones, able to survive steam cleaning above 80°C — the correct specification for meat-processing and wet food production, where an ordinary epoxy will fail.
Car park deck coatings
UV-stable PU and PMMA waterproof deck systems for malls, towers and basement car parks, supplied with line marking, bay numbering and signage as part of the package.
Anti-static and ESD flooring
Conductive and dissipative epoxy systems installed to IEC 61340-5-1, cleanroom compatible, for electronics assembly, server rooms, defence facilities and pharmaceutical production.
Food-grade hygienic flooring
Seamless HACCP-friendly systems with antibacterial additives, integral coving and slip-rated finishes for kitchens and cold rooms.
Concrete repair
Substrate repair ahead of coating and as a standalone service: crack stitching, spall and joint repair, levelling and re-profiling.

Where this fits your project
Resin-floor selection depends on the working environment: vehicle traffic, cleaning, thermal exposure and chemical contact may require different systems. Decorative appearance should be considered alongside slip resistance and the maintenance regime.

Assess concrete condition and moisture before installation. Compare preparation, thickness, coves, joints and curing requirements on a like-for-like basis, and plan the shutdown around the selected product’s application and return-to-service conditions.

Selection & project coordination
