What we deliver

Selective pallet racking

The standard system and the most common specification: every pallet directly accessible, adjustable beam levels, good for high SKU counts and mixed stock. Supplied with beams, uprights, footplates, safety pins, timber or steel decking and mesh panels, and configured to the client’s forklift aisle width. Double-deep variants where density matters more than access.

Drive-in and drive-through racking

High-density block storage where the forklift enters the lane itself, combining the compactness of block stacking with the height of racking. Suited to low-SKU, high-volume stock — drive-in for LIFO rotation, drive-through for FIFO with access from both ends. Typical users: cold stores, beverage and FMCG distribution, manufacturers with long production runs.

Narrow-aisle and very-narrow-aisle racking

Selective racking set at reduced aisle widths and served by dedicated VNA trucks, recovering a large amount of floor area from an existing building.

Mobile pallet racking

Conventional racking mounted on powered mobile bases running on floor rails, so only one aisle is opened at a time. The densest system that still gives full selectivity, and the usual answer for cold and freezer stores where every cubic metre of cooled volume is expensive.

Radio shuttle systems

Semi-automated high-density storage in which a shuttle carries pallets into the lane while the forklift stays outside it, storing roughly twice the pallets of classic racking and cutting handling time and in-rack damage. Positioned as the entry point to automation for clients not ready for a full AS/RS.

Cantilever racking

Arm-and-column systems for long, awkward or bulky goods of virtually any length — pipe, timber, profiles, board, tube and steel sections — in single or double-sided configurations, indoors or outdoors with roofing. A natural fit for the group’s own fabrication and trading clients.

Multi-tier racking and mezzanine floors

Modular mezzanine structures and multi-tier shelving systems that add one or more usable floors inside the existing clear height, complete with staircases, handrails and toe boards, pallet gates and lift-out sections, floor decking, and coordination of lighting, power, ventilation, smoke detection and sprinkler coverage for the new level — all of which the group provides in-house rather than subcontracting.

Shelving and small-parts storage

Long-span and boltless shelving, slotted-angle racks, multi-tier picking shelving, bin and small-parts systems, and archive and document storage for offices and stores.

Specialist storage

Panel and sheet racks, drum and cylinder storage, tyre racking, cage and mesh pallet systems, and custom-fabricated racks built in the group’s own workshop where nothing standard fits — this last point being a genuine advantage over pure importers.

Rack protection and warehouse safety

Column and upright protectors, end-of-aisle barriers, guard rails, bollards, anti-collapse mesh, pallet stops, floor anchoring, aisle and bay location labelling, and load notices displaying permitted capacities.

Racking inspection, repair and relocation

Periodic inspection of installed racking with a written condition report and risk classification of any damage found, replacement of damaged beams and uprights, re-levelling and re-anchoring, load re-rating when stock or handling changes, and dismantling, relocation and re-erection when a client moves or reconfigures. This is the recurring-revenue half of the division and deserves equal prominence with new installations, since every warehouse in operation accumulates forklift damage and most operators have no inspection regime at all.

Selection & project coordination

The installation is coordinated with site access, adjoining systems and the operating requirements of the facility. Inspection, commissioning and documentation requirements are agreed as part of the project scope.
