Drywall and ceiling systems: single and double-layer gypsum partitions with acoustic and fire-rated build-ups, moisture-resistant board for wet areas, gypsum board and plaster-of-Paris ceilings, mineral-fibre grid ceilings, metal and wooden slat ceilings, bulkheads and cove lighting details, access panels, service coordination above ceiling, and glass and aluminium office partition systems including double-glazed and demountable partitions.

Partitions and suspended ceilings shape rooms while concealing and supporting coordinated building services. Acoustic separation, fire performance and access requirements depend on the complete selected system and its junction details.
Details to resolve before work begins
Confirm partition height, board arrangement, framing, openings and finishing requirements. Above-ceiling space should be reviewed with the MEP layout, and access panels placed where valves, controls or other maintainable items need to remain reachable.

Can any gypsum partition provide a stated fire or acoustic rating?
Performance belongs to a specified assembly, including framing, boards, insulation and junctions. Request the relevant system documentation and follow its approved details rather than specifying board thickness alone.
What information is needed to quote for gypsum partitions & ceilings?
Please provide room layouts, required acoustic and fire ratings, ceiling heights, mep access positions. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
