Roof turbo ventilators
Wind-driven turbine roof ventilators use wind and buoyancy to assist air movement without an electrical drive. Performance depends on wind conditions, roof configuration, make-up air and the resistance of the building openings. Aluminium and stainless-steel options can be supplied with roof kerbs, flashing and installation support. They are not a substitute for engineered hazardous-fume extraction. Confirm airflow from the selected manufacturer before determining quantities.

Questions before you start
Will a roof ventilator work without an air inlet?
Air removed from a building needs a replacement path. Restricted inlet provision can limit ventilation, so the roof units and the building’s available air openings should be considered together.
What information is needed to quote for roof turbo ventilators?
Please provide roof type and slope, building volume, ventilation requirement, corrosion exposure and inlet provision. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
Can Aamtron install roof turbo ventilators as well as supply them?
Supply-only and installation enquiries follow different scopes. Tell us which you need. Where installation is included, site access, supporting works, connections, testing and handover are defined separately in the quotation.
