Pallet racking components
Uprights and upright frames in a range of section depths and heights, with bracing, footplates and shims; beams in the standard box-section profiles with safety pins or bolted connectors; and row spacers, frame splices and bracing kits for extending or reconfiguring existing runs.
Decking and load surfaces
Timber and chipboard shelf panels, steel decking panels, open steel mesh decking (the usual requirement where sprinklers discharge through the racking), wire mesh shelves, support bars and pallet support bars, and drum and cylinder cradles.
Shelving systems
Long-span and wide-span shelving for hand-loaded stock; boltless and rivet shelving for stores and back-of-house; slotted-angle racks in standard and custom builds, cut and assembled to the client’s dimensions; multi-tier picking shelving; and library, archive and document shelving. Published for each: bay dimensions, shelf levels, load per shelf and finish options.
Small parts and workshop storage
Plastic bin systems and louvre panels, bin racks and trolleys, small-parts drawer cabinets, tool cabinets and workbenches, tyre racks, cantilever arms for bar and profile stock, cage and mesh pallets, stillages and stacking racks, and bar and sheet storage racks. This range sells continuously to workshops, spare-parts stores and maintenance departments — smaller orders than warehouse racking, but far more frequent and far less competitive.
Mezzanine floor components
Structural columns, main and secondary beams, floor decking panels, staircases and landings, handrails, kick plates and toe boards, pallet gates and safety barriers, and edge protection. Supplied as a designed kit against the client’s clear height and load requirement, with the design, structural calculations and installation available from the group.
Rack protection and warehouse safety products
Column and upright protectors, end-of-aisle guards and barriers, guard rails and bollards, anti-collapse and back mesh panels, pallet stops and rack-end netting, floor anchors and fixings, corner protection, safety mirrors, and speed and traffic signage. Also aisle, bay and level location labels, magnetic and adhesive label holders, barcode label systems, and load notice boards displaying permitted capacities.
Material handling and dock equipment
Sold alongside the racking rather than as a separate business: hand pallet trucks and stackers, platform and drum trolleys, lifting tables, dock levellers, dock bumpers and shelters, loading ramps, and warehouse steps and picking ladders. Sourced through the group’s trading arm and delivered with the racking package.

Can rack capacity be judged from the size of the steel sections?
No. Capacity depends on the complete configuration, components, connections and condition. Use the applicable system information and an assessed layout rather than visual comparison alone.

Please provide system make and dimensions, maximum load, component schedule, coating and delivery requirements. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.

Supply-only and installation enquiries follow different scopes. Tell us which you need. Where installation is included, site access, supporting works, connections, testing and handover are defined separately in the quotation.
