Details to resolve before ordering
The enquiry should identify the fluid, supply and return temperatures, ambient design condition and operating hours. Also review pump duty, buffer volume where required, water treatment, electrical capacity and maintenance clearances around the proposed equipment.

Questions before you start
Why does ambient temperature matter when selecting a chiller in Qatar?
An air-cooled chiller must reject heat to the surrounding air. Ask for performance at the project design ambient and required leaving-water temperature; a catalogue rating at a different condition may not represent the available duty.
What information is needed to quote for industrial chillers & cooling systems?
Please provide required cooling capacity, leaving and entering water temperatures, ambient design conditions, electrical supply and refrigerant specification. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
Can Aamtron install industrial chillers & cooling systems as well as supply them?
Supply-only and installation enquiries follow different scopes. Tell us which you need. Where installation is included, site access, supporting works, connections, testing and handover are defined separately in the quotation.
