Electrical installation and maintenance
LV and small-power installations for commercial, industrial and residential projects: main and sub-distribution boards, cable trays and trunking, cabling and wiring, lighting (including LED retrofits and emergency lighting), power sockets and isolators, generator and ATS connections, capacitor banks and power-factor correction, external lighting and feeder pillars, testing and Kahramaa inspection support. Maintenance covers periodic inspection, thermography, breaker servicing, fault finding, and 24-hour breakdown support.

Power and lighting installations support offices, retail, industrial plant and building services equipment. The installation should be planned from the distribution board to the final connection, including containment and the coordination of equipment interfaces.

Selection & project coordination

Phasing can be assessed once the circuit boundaries, access restrictions and shutdown requirements are known. Share the operating schedule early so the proposed sequence and any temporary services can be reviewed.

Please provide connected load, distribution drawings, equipment ratings, shutdown access. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
How is the electrical installation & maintenance scope agreed?
The team reviews the drawings and site conditions, identifies interfaces with other trades, and sets out the deliverables and exclusions in a written quotation. Technical submittals, inspection requirements and handover records are agreed to suit the project.
