What we deliver
Electrical installation and maintenance
LV and small-power installations for commercial, industrial and residential projects: main and sub-distribution boards, cable trays and trunking, cabling and wiring, lighting (including LED retrofits and emergency lighting), power sockets and isolators, generator and ATS connections, capacitor banks and power-factor correction, external lighting and feeder pillars, testing and Kahramaa inspection support. Maintenance covers periodic inspection, thermography, breaker servicing, fault finding, and 24-hour breakdown support.
BMS (Building Management Systems)
Design, supply, installation, programming and commissioning of building automation: DDC controllers, field devices (sensors, actuators, valves), HVAC and chiller-plant control, lighting control, energy metering and monitoring, head-end software and graphics, integration with fire alarm, access control and CCTV, and remote monitoring. Also retrofit, upgrade and re-commissioning of existing BMS installations.
ELV, CCTV and access control
Extra-low-voltage systems: structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A/fibre), IP CCTV and NVR systems, access control and biometric systems, intercom and video-door-phone, public address and voice evacuation, SMATV/IPTV, gate barriers and turnstiles, and integration into a single security platform. Includes MOI/SSD compliance support where applicable.
Instrumentation and automation
Industrial instrumentation and process automation for plants and utilities: flow, level, pressure and temperature instruments, PLC and SCADA systems, VFD panels, motor control centres, loop checking and calibration, cable and junction-box installation, and commissioning support. Sectors: bottling plants, food and beverage, water treatment, oil and gas support facilities, manufacturing.
Control panels
fabrication and installation of distribution panels: MCC panels, PLC panels, VFD panels, ATS and synchronising panels, pump control panels, lighting control panels, and custom OEM panels — built to IEC 61439 with type-tested enclosures, tested and documented before delivery. Includes panel modification and upgrade of existing installations.
Earthing and lightning protection
Design, installation and testing of earthing networks and lightning protection systems: earth pits, earth mats and grids, bonding of building services, clean earth for IT and data systems, ESE and conventional air terminals, down conductors, surge-protection devices, resistance testing and certification, and periodic inspection reports.

Develop the single-line diagram, load schedule and control philosophy together. Cable routes, enclosure locations, access for maintenance and planned shutdowns influence the installation scope and should be resolved before panel or equipment procurement.
Selection & project coordination
The installation is coordinated with site access, adjoining systems and the operating requirements of the facility. Inspection, commissioning and documentation requirements are agreed as part of the project scope.
