Pipes and tubes
Carbon, alloy, stainless, duplex, galvanised, nickel and specialty grades in seamless, ERW, LSAW and welded forms — A106, A53, API 5L X42 through X80, A312 stainless, and duplex 2205 and 2507 — from NPS ⅛” instrumentation tube up to 60” line pipe.
Pipe fittings
Buttweld, forged socket-weld and threaded fittings, olets, grooved, sanitary and malleable iron, to ASME B16.9 and B16.11, ASTM A234 and A403, with olets to MSS SP-97.
Flanges
Weld-neck, slip-on, socket-weld, blind, lap-joint, threaded, orifice and waterworks flanges in classes 150 to 2500 and PN6 to PN400, to ASME B16.5, B16.47 and EN 1092-1, in raised-face, ring-type-joint and flat-face configurations.
Valves
Gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, plug and safety valves in classes 150 to 2500, flanged, buttweld, socket-weld and threaded, to API 600, API 6D, API 609 and BS standards, in materials including A216 WCB and CF8M.
Fasteners and gaskets.
Ancillary items and coatings
Pipe supports, expansion joints, swage nipples, FBE and 3LPE coatings, cathodic protection, and prefabricated pipe spools supplied through the group’s own fabrication yards.
Certification and compliance
EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 material test certificates with heat-number traceability, and NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour-service options — the latter being the qualification that admits a supplier to oil and gas work at all. Standards worked to across the range: ASTM, ASME B16, API 5L, API 6D, EN 10216, EN 1092-1, BS, ISO 3183, AWWA, NACE MR0175, DIN 11851 and ASME BPE.

Details to resolve before ordering
Submit a material take-off with size, schedule or wall thickness, pressure class and end connection. Identify the required inspection and traceability documents and any approved-make restrictions, so alternatives can be evaluated before supply.

Questions before you start
Why should a piping enquiry include standards as well as sizes?
Items with the same nominal size may differ in dimensions, connection details or rating. A complete specification reduces ambiguity and helps confirm that the supplied components match the project system.
What information is needed to quote for steel & piping materials?
Please provide material grade and standard, size schedule and pressure class, quantities, certification and inspection requirements. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
Can Aamtron install steel & piping materials as well as supply them?
Supply-only and installation enquiries follow different scopes. Tell us which you need. Where installation is included, site access, supporting works, connections, testing and handover are defined separately in the quotation.
