SS piping material supply
Direct mill sourcing with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates on every batch: pipe, elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, gaskets and valves in 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, duplex and duplex 2205, including ASTM A270 electropolished tube. On-site PMI testing with hand-held guns verifies chromium and nickel content, which is the practical answer to the counterfeit and substituted-material problem every buyer in this market worries about.
Fabrication and installation
Shop spool fabrication in the Doha yard and site mechanical construction, with certified TIG and orbital welding by 6G-qualified welders to ASME Section IX and API 1104.
Industrial and petrochemical piping
High-pressure and corrosion-resistant networks for acids, gases, steam, cooling systems and chemical manufacturing, including seawater intake lines in duplex 2205 with acid-pickling and passivation records.
Handrails and balustrades

Stainless-steel fabrication is used where the process, cleaning environment or appearance calls for an appropriate corrosion-resistant material. The grade, fabrication method and surface finish should be selected together for the intended duty.
Details to resolve before work begins
Identify the media, temperature and cleaning chemicals, then define welding, finishing and inspection requirements. Keep architectural appearance requirements distinct from hygienic process requirements, which may need additional detail around welds and internal surfaces.
