Range & application
Directional control valves
DCS series pneumatic directional valves in 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3 with solenoid, lever, pilot and push-pull actuation; DCC spool and cartridge valves tested to one million cycles with NAMUR mounting; and DCS NT/NF aluminium sub-base manifolds for two-to-ten-station valve banks in ¼” and ½” ports.
Manual and pilot valves
F3 and F5 foot-operated 3/2 and 5/2 poppet valves with lockable option, and SH shuttle valves providing OR and AND logic for dual-pressure safety circuits in ¼”, ⅛” and M5.
Poppet and high-pressure valves
DCP directional poppet valves in aluminium, SS304 and SS316 in 3/2, 5/2 and NAMUR configurations; DCI integrated hybrid poppet valves rated to twenty million cycles in ¼” and ½”; HPU externally piloted high-pressure poppet valves from 5 to 50 bar; dual-pressure blow poppet valves to 30 bar for PET blow moulding; PB self-relieving piston-type high-pressure regulators regulating 0–42 bar; and HPS aluminium high-pressure silencers to 50 bar giving 35 dB reduction. The PET blow-moulding valves deserve particular prominence given the group’s bottling-plant work — the same client buys the line, the installation and the spares.

Cylinders and actuators
CS4 and CN4 tie-rod cylinders to ISO 15552 and ISO 6431 in 32–250mm bore with twelve standard strokes; PS4 and PN4 PU-sealed tie-rod cylinders in 32–100mm bore with a 150°C high-temperature option; CS7 and PS7 square-profile cylinders in 32–125mm bore with extended strokes; CP and MXC compact and miniature cylinders from Ø8 to Ø100mm; CPX, CPG and RXC compact, guide-rod and round cylinders from Ø12 to Ø100mm with magnetic sensing; AD and AS rack-and-pinion quarter-turn rotary actuators, double and single acting, to ISO 5211 with ATEX approval; LC and LS mechanical limit switch boxes in IP67 and IP68 with an ATEX Ex d IIC T6 option; and the full accessory range of mounting brackets, rod-end fittings and reed-switch position sensors.
Isolation valves
JC three-piece twin-seal full-port ball valves from DN15 to DN100 in screwed, socket-weld and flanged ends, and BW and BL wafer and lug butterfly valves from DN40 to DN300 to API 609 with bubble-tight shut-off.
Air preparation and fittings
PD series filters, regulators, lubricators and modular FRL and FRCL units from G¼ to G1; VO one-touch push-in fittings in straight, elbow, tee and reducer forms for Ø4–Ø16mm tube; VF supply and exhaust cylinder speed regulators from R⅛ to R½ up to 1,900 LPM; UCV Roto Seal rotary couplings from ¼” to 2” at up to 10 bar and 1,000 rpm in CF8 and CF8M; HPC high-pressure check valves, US inline slide valves, PBG air blow guns and TH tube-holder clips; and PUS polyurethane spiral recoil tubing from Ø4 to Ø12mm at 10 bar.
Specialty and regulation
DR diaphragm-operated gas cylinder regulators taking 400 bar inlet down to 0–25 bar; ENN, DAP and PNN nylon glass-filled irrigation valves in external-pilot, direct-acting-pilot and flow-controlled versions; PVL and PVH proportional flow-control solenoid valves in MINI at 6 LPM and MAX at 150 LPM rated to one hundred million cycles; and UMV 3/2 direct-acting universal valves at 5V DC and 0.5W with a two-hundred-million-cycle life.

Appearance is not sufficient. Compare function, port arrangement, operating range, flow characteristics, actuation and electrical details against the original equipment requirement before accepting an alternative.
What information is needed to quote for pneumatic & instrumentation products?
Please provide valve function and port size, media and working pressure, actuation and voltage, environment and quantity. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
Can Aamtron install pneumatic & instrumentation products as well as supply them?
Supply-only and installation enquiries follow different scopes. Tell us which you need. Where installation is included, site access, supporting works, connections, testing and handover are defined separately in the quotation.
