ABS pipes and fittings
ABS pipe and fittings are available for project-approved chilled-water, cold-water and selected industrial applications. The package can include fittings, valves, brackets and compatible solvent cement. Pressure and temperature ratings are system-specific. Compressed-air or gas applications require explicit manufacturer approval for the complete pipe and jointing system.

ABS pipes and fittings are supplied for applications within the selected system’s approved operating envelope. Fluid, temperature, pressure and installation environment should be stated together when requesting a material schedule.

Include pipe dimensions, fitting quantities, valves and compatible jointing materials. Compare pressure ratings at the actual service temperature and identify supports, expansion arrangements and installation instructions required by the selected system.

Questions before you start
Can an ABS pipe pressure rating be used at every temperature?
No. Ratings and permitted operating conditions are system-specific. Use the selected manufacturer’s data for the actual fluid and temperature rather than applying a nominal pressure class without checking its basis.

Supply-only and installation enquiries follow different scopes. Tell us which you need. Where installation is included, site access, supporting works, connections, testing and handover are defined separately in the quotation.
