Data-centre liquid cooling / QATAR
What we deliver
Server immersion cooling
Servers are immersed in a compatible dielectric fluid that transfers heat to the cooling circuit. Server modifications, warranty conditions, fluid compatibility and service procedures form part of the technical review. The supporting pumps and heat-rejection equipment still require space, power and maintenance.
H1000 immersion systems
A modular immersion option for standard server and open-rack configurations. Confirm tank arrangement, supported server dimensions, fluid volume and secondary-loop requirements against the selected model.
Edge immersion enclosures
Enclosed systems for remote, telecom and edge-computing applications. Specify the actual ambient range, ingress protection, heat rejection, access and monitoring needs for the installation.
PRO10 immersion range
Enclosure, modular rack and container formats for compatible mining hardware. Hardware compatibility, electrical duty and thermal capacity must be checked for the proposed operating conditions; performance gains are not assumed.
Dielectric fluids and coolants
The recurring revenue behind every immersion deployment, and the reason immersion clients stay clients. Thermasafe dielectric fluid is low-viscosity for better heat transfer, non-mineral-oil, non-toxic, non-allergenic and odourless, with a service life beyond ten years. Dielectric solvent handles cleaning and server maintenance after immersion, evaporating fast and leaving no residue, safe on all server components — the product that makes RMA and maintenance workflows practical, which is the objection most buyers raise against immersion. DCX engineered coolants come in multiple viscosity grades designed for immersion, competitively priced per litre, shipped in bulk across the GCC with full MSDS and compliance documentation.
APPLICATION GUIDE
Where this fits your project
Immersion cooling places compatible computing equipment in dielectric fluid. It can suit selected high-density computing and edge applications, but the design must account for the equipment handling and maintenance workflow as well as heat removal.
Details to resolve before work begins
Compare tank footprint, supported hardware, fluid requirements, lifting access and the secondary cooling loop. Plan how components will be removed, drained and serviced; changes to server configuration or warranties should be checked with the hardware supplier.
Selection & project coordination
The installation is coordinated with site access, adjoining systems and the operating requirements of the facility. Inspection, commissioning and documentation requirements are agreed as part of the project scope.
Questions before you start
Is any server suitable for immersion cooling?
No. Hardware, seals, cabling, components and the fluid must be compatible with the selected immersion system. Confirm the manufacturer-supported configuration and service procedure before procuring tanks or modifying equipment.
What information is needed to quote for server immersion cooling?
Please provide server compatibility, it load, fluid compatibility, maintenance and heat-rejection arrangements. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
How is the server immersion cooling scope agreed?
The team reviews the drawings and site conditions, identifies interfaces with other trades, and sets out the deliverables and exclusions in a written quotation. Technical submittals, inspection requirements and handover records are agreed to suit the project.
Discuss your Qatar project
Contact Aamtron’s Doha team with the project location, drawings and required programme. For occupied buildings or operating facilities, include access restrictions and permitted work windows. Product availability, delivery timing and the agreed scope are confirmed with the quotation.
