What we deliver
Insulation, cladding and jacketing
Thermal and acoustic insulation for pipework, ductwork, vessels and equipment: rockwool, glasswool, nitrile rubber and PIR/phenolic insulation, with aluminium, stainless-steel or GI jacketing, vapour barriers, and re-insulation of existing services, plus external building and roof insulation where required. The industrial side of this scope is delivered by Aamtron’s specialist division CLADDINGME, operating in Doha and Dubai with its own site at claddingme.com. Industrial pipe cladding
Metal jacketing for thermal piping, steam lines, chilled-water networks and cryogenic pipelines, in aluminium at 0.5–1.0mm or stainless steel 304/316 at 0.4–0.8mm. Elbows, tees and reducers are shop-fabricated by CNC roll-forming rather than cut and beaten on site, and joints are sealed with elastomeric sealants to give an airtight fit and high-reflectivity finish. Principal market: district cooling and urban utility networks.
Storage tank cladding
Insulation and cladding of vertical and horizontal industrial vessels using corrugated or flat sheet over rockwool or polyurethane foam, with thermal expansion calculated at design stage and domes, flashings and transitions custom-fabricated to suit. Engineered for wind loading and for the temperature swings these tanks actually see.
Industrial duct cladding
Protective cladding to rectangular and round HVAC ducts, exhaust systems and ventilation shafts in stucco-embossed or plain aluminium and galvanised iron, with stiffening and cross-breaking to keep large panels flat and watertight standing seams and S-cleat joints to shed water. Sold on moisture and UV protection for external and rooftop duct runs.
Removable valve and flange boxes
Custom quick-release insulated covers for valves, flanges and pumps: double-wall metal construction in stainless steel or aluminium over high-temperature blanket insulation, closed with heavy-duty stainless draw latches and adjustable toggles so a fitter can strip and refit a valve in minutes instead of destroying and rebuilding the insulation each time. This is the highest-margin item in the range and the one maintenance managers buy repeatedly.
Marine and offshore cladding
Thermal insulation and weatherproofing for vessels, offshore rigs and floating platforms in marine-grade 316L with anti-corrosive coatings, engineered for saltwater corrosion and wave impact, and delivered to SOLAS and IMCA standards. Applications: engine exhausts, steam lines, engine rooms and crew quarters.
Acoustic insulation and cladding
Sound attenuation for high-velocity piping, compressors, generators and turbine exhaust ducts using mass-loaded vinyl, acoustic rockwool and perforated metal jacketing, with reductions of up to 25 dBA achieved on high-pressure piping networks, designed against OSHA and local environmental noise limits.

Where this fits your project
Insulation reduces unwanted heat transfer and can address condensation or acoustic requirements. Protective jacketing provides an outer layer suited to the environment and the maintenance needs of the insulated equipment.
Details to resolve before work begins
Specify the operating temperatures, substrate, insulation material, thickness and finish. Cold-service work needs coordinated vapour-control details around supports and penetrations; outdoor work also needs weather-resistant joints and attention to water entry.
Selection & project coordination
The installation is coordinated with site access, adjoining systems and the operating requirements of the facility. Inspection, commissioning and documentation requirements are agreed as part of the project scope.
Questions before you start
Why does cladding detail matter as much as insulation thickness?
Damaged joints and poorly detailed penetrations can expose insulation to moisture or physical damage. The insulation and outer protection should therefore be specified and installed as a complete system.
What information is needed to quote for insulation, cladding & jacketing?
Please provide operating temperatures, pipe and vessel dimensions, insulation specification, indoor or outdoor exposure. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
How is the insulation, cladding & jacketing scope agreed?
The team reviews the drawings and site conditions, identifies interfaces with other trades, and sets out the deliverables and exclusions in a written quotation. Technical submittals, inspection requirements and handover records are agreed to suit the project.
