What we deliver
HVAC installation and maintenance
Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and servicing of air-conditioning and ventilation systems for commercial, industrial and residential buildings. Scope covers chilled-water systems (chillers, pumps, FCUs, AHUs), VRF/VRV systems, split and package units, precision cooling, fresh-air and exhaust systems, kitchen and car-park ventilation, and duct-mounted controls. Maintenance covers preventive AMC schedules, filter and coil cleaning, refrigerant charging, compressor and fan-motor replacement, chilled-water flushing and treatment, and system re-balancing. Sectors: offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, warehouses, industrial plants, villas and compounds.
Plumbing and drainage
Complete domestic water, drainage and rainwater systems from Kahramaa connection to final fixture. Scope covers cold and hot water distribution (PPR, copper, galvanised and HDPE), booster pump sets and pressurisation, water tanks and tank rooms, soil-waste-vent systems in uPVC and HDPE, sump and sewage pumps, grease interceptors, external drainage and manholes, sanitary-ware fixing, pressure and leak testing, and disinfection. Sectors: buildings, labour camps, commercial kitchens, industrial facilities.
Ductwork
Fabrication and installation of GI, aluminium, stainless-steel and pre-insulated ductwork to SMACNA standards, including spiral and rectangular duct, fire-rated and kitchen-exhaust duct, VCDs, fire dampers, sound attenuators, diffusers and grilles, external duct cladding, and airflow testing and balancing.
Water-heating systems
Supply and installation of central and point-of-use hot-water systems: electric and heat-pump water heaters, calorifiers and storage tanks, solar hot-water systems, boilers and hot-water recirculation loops, mixing valves and temperature safety devices, pipe insulation, and periodic descaling and maintenance. Sectors: hotels, hospitals, residential compounds, staff accommodation, commercial kitchens.
Data-centre cooling
The building-services side of data-centre work: chilled-water and glycol loops, in-row and rear-door heat exchangers, precision cooling, stainless-steel and copper process piping, leak-detection integration, pressure testing, flushing and commissioning, and precision-cooling AMC.

Details to resolve before work begins
For a new building, issue the architectural plans and coordinated services drawings together. For a refurbishment, identify systems that must remain operational and agree temporary arrangements before opening ceilings, changing pipe routes or replacing equipment.
Selection & project coordination
The installation is coordinated with site access, adjoining systems and the operating requirements of the facility. Inspection, commissioning and documentation requirements are agreed as part of the project scope.
