Supply, installation and commissioning of active fire-suppression systems: fire hydrant and hose-reel networks, wet and dry sprinkler systems, fire pump rooms (electric, diesel and jockey pumps), water storage, FM-200/clean-agent and CO2 suppression for server and electrical rooms.

Fire-water and suppression installations are selected for the building use and the approved protection strategy. Tanks, pumps, distribution pipework and final devices need to operate as one coordinated system.
Details to resolve before work begins
A complete enquiry should include approved drawings, hydraulic design information and equipment schedules. Identify the supply, installation, testing and approval responsibilities clearly; product supply alone does not establish acceptance of the complete installation.

Selection & project coordination
The installation is coordinated with site access, adjoining systems and the operating requirements of the facility. Inspection, commissioning and documentation requirements are agreed as part of the project scope.
Questions before you start
What should be checked when modifying an existing fire-water network?
The modification must be reviewed against the approved design, available supply and the protection required for the changed area. Existing drawings, isolation arrangements and planned testing should be available to the responsible project team.
What information is needed to quote for fire-fighting systems?
Please provide approved fire strategy, hydraulic design, pump and tank requirements, suppression system specification. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
How is the fire-fighting systems scope agreed?
The team reviews the drawings and site conditions, identifies interfaces with other trades, and sets out the deliverables and exclusions in a written quotation. Technical submittals, inspection requirements and handover records are agreed to suit the project.
