Thermodynamic solar systems
Solar Block all-in-one units in 150, 200 and 300 litres, energy class A+++, COP up to 4.2 at 14°C, operating from −5°C to +55°C ambient, in enamelled steel with Inox 444 or duplex 2205 tank options, R290 or R134a closed loop, 1.5kW backup immersion, optional WiFi monitoring, and warranties of five years on the tank, two on the compressor and ten on the panel, with savings up to 80%. Solar Block Split separates panel from tank, in one-to-six panel arrays against tanks from 100 to 1,000+ litres, with panels at 2,000 × 800 × 20mm in aluminium with a selective absorber coating, salt-air rated for coastal and marine exposure, roof, wall, ground or shade mounted, pre-charged copper lines to 15m, and single-coil, double-coil or buffer-plus-DHW tank variants. Solar Block Plus scales the same technology industrially from SB 6 at 7.5kW through SB 12, SB 16 and SB 28 to SB 40 at 54.6kW, with buffer tanks from 500 litres to 6,000 litres, 230V and 400V supplies, output to 55°C around the clock and units linkable for greater capacity. Solar Block Ultra covers very high household draw and small commercial, and Eco and Eco XL stand-alone panels retrofit to existing tanks from 1,000 to 6,000 litres.
Solar thermal systems
Solar Box pressurised forced-circulation systems in 200, 300 and 500 litre tanks with two to six flat-plate collectors using TiNOX selective absorbers, optical efficiency to 0.79, heat-loss coefficient 3.7 W/m²·K, 4mm tempered low-iron anti-glare glass, salt-spray-tested anodised aluminium frames, 6 bar collector and 10 bar tank working pressure, 198°C stagnation, propylene glycol frost protection, integrated pump station and controller, and electric immersion backup with optional gas or heat-pump tie-in. Solar Box thermosiphon systems in 200 and 300 litres run on gravity with no pump and no running electricity, with one or two integrated collectors, horizontal twin-port tanks, stainless-steel base, magnesium anode and 2kW element — the simplest retrofit and the right answer for off-grid villas.
Cylinders, tanks and accessories
Thermobox storage cylinders with high-grade PU insulation, dual coil options and integrated sensor wells, compatible across the EcoTop, Monobloc Pro, Inverter and X-Series ranges. Thermobox Duo combines heating buffer and DHW cylinder in one stratified unit with a stainless coil for hygienic separation, saving plant-room footprint and capital cost, with a Duo Light variant for smaller villas and apartments. Termo XL buffer tanks to 6,000 litres with low standby losses, multiple sensor pockets and BMS-ready terminals for cascade and commercial plant rooms. Hydrokit pre-assembled hydraulic modules bring circulator, expansion vessel, safety valves, sensors and three-way valve into a wall-mounted unit installed in about an hour rather than days of plumbing — a genuine differentiator on installation cost that deserves more prominence than an accessories listing.

Questions before you start
Does solar water heating remove the need for backup?
The backup requirement depends on demand, storage and the selected system’s performance through changing conditions. Define the required hot-water availability before deciding the backup capacity and operating strategy.
What information is needed to quote for solar & thermodynamic water heating?
Please provide demand and storage, roof area and shading, backup requirements, pipe route to storage. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
