Commercial Tower HVAC Installation

Project Overview

Aamtron Group was commissioned to design and install a state-of-the-art HVAC system for a pretigious 50-story commercial tower in the heart of West Bay, Doha. The project aimed to achieve maximum energy efficiency while ensuring optimal comfort for occupants in a challenging desert climate.

Our team managed the entire lifecycle of the project, from the supply of high-capacity chillers to the fabrication and installation of extensive ductwork. We integrated a smart Building Management System (BMS) to monitor and control the climate, resulting in significant energy savings.

Key Deliverables

• Chiller Systems: Supply and installation of 4x 1000TR Centrifugal Chillers.
• Ductwork: Fabrication and installation of over 50km of GI and PI ducting.
• BMS Integration: Full integration with the building's central control system for automated temperature regulation.
• Ventilation: Installation of fresh air handling units (FAHUs) and exhaust fans for parking levels.
