The procurement team reviews grade, standard, preferred makes and delivery sequence, then offers suitable options for technical and commercial review. Material submittals can be coordinated where consultant approval is required.

Details to resolve before ordering
Provide the bill of quantities, material descriptions and any approved makes or samples. Identify packaging, unloading and delivery restrictions, and agree how proposed alternatives will be reviewed where exact specified items are unavailable.
Selection & project coordination
Product selection is based on the duty, installation environment and project specification. Confirm current model data, dimensions, availability and applicable documentation with the quotation.

What information is needed to quote for building materials supply?
Please provide boq and quantities, approved makes and specifications, delivery location, required schedule. Include the project location, drawings or equipment schedule, required delivery date and any consultant specification. This helps our team identify the correct scope before pricing.
Can Aamtron install building materials supply as well as supply them?
Supply-only and installation enquiries follow different scopes. Tell us which you need. Where installation is included, site access, supporting works, connections, testing and handover are defined separately in the quotation.
